1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Style Marking's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Style Marking provides web design, web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. We offer a free design preview before any payment is required.

3. Free Design Preview

We provide a complimentary design preview for prospective clients. This preview is for evaluation purposes only. The design remains the intellectual property of Style Marking until full payment is received for the completed project.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All pricing is listed on our pricing page and may be subject to change
• Custom projects require a signed agreement before work begins
• Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• One-time projects may require a deposit before work begins

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Style Marking does not offer refunds for any service fees, subscription payments, project deposits, or charges of any kind.

• Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable regardless of project status or satisfaction.
• If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for that period or any prior period.
• Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• By purchasing any service or plan from Style Marking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.

We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our free design preview to evaluate our work before committing to a paid engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom website, app, or design we create for you. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and timely content, images, and feedback
• Reviewing deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensuring any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights

8. Support & Maintenance

Our 24/7 support covers updates, changes, and maintenance as described in your service plan. Support scope is defined by your selected plan tier.

9. Limitation of Liability

Style Marking is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
